After this process, they are entitled to take the professional competency exam. Apart from these general duties of the financial advisor, the Certified Public Accountant is not obliged to keep books, unlike the Certified Public Accountant. In addition, a Certified Public Accountant cannot open an accounting office or become a partner in a place that is ready.
